It looks like it's double pain from the picture though. If that's the case I would find the window manufacturers info on it and try to get a price and availability on the glass pane and frame from them as it might be a cheaper alternative. Horizontal roller windows come out fairly easy.

It looks like a pretty recent window. Call the manufacturer and see what there price is for the glass and frame for the 1 window, it might be pretty reasonable than trying to have a glass place have one made. With the glass in the frame, changing it shouldn't be too difficult to do yourself.

Lots of windows manufactures have a free replacement policy. Find the label on the window. The label might be on the side that closes to the frame. There will be some numbers and maybe a phone number. I have had two of mine replaced for a $20 delivery and install charge. Free if I pick them up and install.
