EXTRA! EXTRA! EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT!

https://theintercept.com/2018/...re-including-motive/

"Newly released evidence today calls into serious doubt many of the most widespread beliefs about the 2016 shooting by Omar Mateen at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, which killed 49 people along with Mateen himself. "

"In particular, Mateen went to Pulse only after having scouted other venues that night that were wholly unrelated to the LGBT community, only to find that they were too defended by armed guards and police, and ultimately chose Pulse only after a generic Google search for “Orlando nightclubs” – not “gay clubs” – produced Pulse as the first search result."

Well, who knew? Roll Eyes

"Islam"? Not the narrative.
" Fish in a barrel mass murder?" Not the narrative.
" Total dishonesty in the Progressive Mainstream Media ? Rut-ro, Scooby! On display.

The shooter's wife's lawyers are moving to suppress evidence in her trial.

READ IT WHILE ITS HOT!!!

Ah yes Google. Seems their habit of social engineering via how they prioritize their search results put the gays right in the cross hairs of this murderer.

Wouldn't that be ironic if Google gets sued by victims and the families over this.

You're missing the main point of the whole article.

He scouted several venues first that were too well guarded .

I didn't miss that point; just highlighting a possible irony.

I hope this gets hammered home during the discussions about how to keep schools safe.

The FBI still lists the motive as 'unknown'. That tells you all you need to know about the FBI.

The judge has decided to keep a guy in the jury pool who has ruled religion out as a possible motive, and a woman who has trouble understanding English.

quote:
Among those retained in the jury pool was a man who sells forensic cyber-security software and said he believed religion had little to do with a violent attacker’s motive.

“I don’t look at it as a Muslim thing,” the man said.

Another woman still in the jury pool told Byron she had some trouble understanding English and preferred that people speak slowly. Byron said her English comprehension seemed good enough that she could understand court proceedings.

“She’s competent enough to do the job,” Byron said.

The dominant low-grade entertainment billed as "news" is omitting facts in favour of narrative yet again. Imagine that.

Thanks for the article. I passed the link to several in my circle who are concerned about the value of armed guards to security.

That's one important piece of this, but another every bit as important piece is that we have once again been lied to by a completely politically driven/motivated FBI.

Its a shame that the truth doesn't seem to have any place in society anymore.

I'm disgusted by the dishonest behavior of the FBI and intentional propagation of a false narrative.

I'm not surprised anymore. But I am disgusted.

When is this shit going to stop??

The Parkland shooter had some Islamic references on his Instagram page too.

Seems to have disappeared, not been mentioned either. Seems to be a little pattern.
I believe most of us are not surprised Pulse was somehow connected to Islam

This is now starting to stink, too. What did McCabe and Comey know, and when did they know it?

Pulse Club Killer’s Father Seddique Mateen Was Paid Informant of Mueller, Comey FBI – Under Investigation by FBI

A motion filed by Omar Mateen's wife, seeking to dismiss the charges, reveal: FBI just admitted that Omar's father, Seddique, worked with the FBI as an informant for 11 years (2005-16) & himself was under investigation for sending $$ to Afghanistan & Turkey

Noor Salman's lawyers say FBI hid these key facts until now out of embarrassment: it was due to FBI's close relationship w/Mateen's father that they didn't arrest Mateen when they investigated him in 2013. Also, prosecution of Noor intended to protect real accomplice: FBI's asset

Wait... what?!?
Seriously? Is this true? How could this NOT have been mentioned?

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."
