Baldwin is "worried sick" because he knows what he did.
The truth is that sometimes, rich celebrities wind up in jail.
If he's found guilty and gets only probation, we can take comfort in knowing that if ever again he opens his rotten suck about guns, he'll never, ever hear the end of it.
If all we get out of this is that loudmouthed jackass prima donna being permanently shut up about guns, I'll take it. As it stands, I've been really enjoying the quiet.

Criminal charges against Baldwin in the death of Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins were dropped earlier this year, but the special prosecutors in the case have not ruled out refiling manslaughter or other claims against him down the line.
Baldwin was a producer on the film, as well as the star, and production documents and files could shed light on what Baldwin’s financial arrangements were for Rust, including how much he stood to profit from the film, and how much he knew about cost and safety corners that may have been cut.

If the stories are true that the prosecutor is actually going to hit him with charges maybe him doing time is still in the cards. At a minimum, a Felony plea and a slap on the wrist and he can’t vote or touch a gun again.
