I have a DeWalt 20V 6AH battery that just stopped working. Date code 2022 26 (whatever the 26 means?). I "spoke" with Luke, an automated helper and within a few minutes it was determined to be under warranty and I'll be sent a replacement in a couple of weeks.
That went way better than I expected!

Was this an on-line text "chat," or over the phone? If the latter, did Luke have a Paki accent (you know, to add realism)?
