Holy smokes Q!

My dad and uncle served in WWII…

Uncle served in North Africa and Europe in U.S. Army. As children of French immigrants, the family spoke French at home so Uncle Andre (Andy) was in his element in France and Western Europe. He was awarded many different medals but the Croix De Guerre from the Free French was amongst them.

Dad, Joseph, was badly injured in an Army training accident and never went overseas.

I could never accept your karma but I am proud to relate their service and to call you a friend.

I'd appreciate a chance. My grandfather served with the 807th tank destroyers in 1945, and I had an uncle each on my mom's side and my dad's side who were in Vietnam.
