I'm getting a bit nervous as I only have cellular available for internet. I've been using unlimited4glte with not much problem. However almost every time a billing cycle happens they have to refresh my hotspot to work again. Now it is not working and they haven't answered support for over a week. I'm wondering if the corona issue is keeping them out. They may not even be in the USA.

I have to work from home and I don't know what alternatives there are without throttling.

Modern Day, this isn't they type of service I was asking about. I'm talking about unlimited wifi hot spot device for the home. I use the service I mentioned in my title for unlimited internet over cellular using AT&T unlimited plan that is grandfathered. But the company is not answering my support request for a device that isn't connecting.

No worries. Well luckily Unlimited4Glte finally responded and refreshed my modem. They didn't explain the delay. Oh well, working for now.
