I don't think SIG would bait and switch you. I doubt they need to do that kind of low class tactic.

Update, I was contacted by Paul at Sig and he stated that the web site was updated at 8:00AM this morning which is a complete fabrication. As of 3PM today, the site still listed the magazines at $8.99.
I know I am pissing in the wind with Sig, but they pulled a dirty trick. Maybe not a bait and switch, but devious to say the least.
He offered a 20% off of an inflated price of $44 each, so no thanks!

Your browser may have had an earlier page in memory.

I would like to be sympathetic, but you wore me out. Smile

Yes but 3PM Today, the P220 Compact - 6 round magazines were $8.99. I put 10 in my "Cart"
than when I went to check out, they came up at $44 each.
Thats my complaint (or Rant is a better description).
OK, no need to beat this death on my end.........

They have been on sale for at least a month. I figure they had x number to sell @ the promo price and when those were gone the price was adjusted back. They did the same with 1911 .40, 226 .40 and 224 9mm mags.

A Perpetual Disappointment...

That sale, for those mags, has been going on for a long time. I've posted here about that specific item, before.

I had four separate orders made for groups of 10 and 20 mags this year, which never showed up. In each case, I combined mags with .22 tops, and other gear, all purchased because it was on sale. Each time I got confirmation of the sale, they accepted my card. The orders never arrived.

Sig showed the orders cancelled. I was told that in each case their system flagged my purchases as fraud, perhaps because of the amount ordered. They didn't follow up, just cancelled the order, and by the time I caught it, the sale was over.

Sig did eventually make good on three of the four orders, and did so at the original sale price.

It may pay to take a screen shot when making your order.

Have run into this with hotel reservations. You find a good rate, then look around. When you get back, it's higher.
Try using a different account and see what happens.

I purchased three of the 220 compact mags on black Friday for that price. All went well and are at the house.

I posted about this deal a few days ago in the pistol section. I did get the advertised price for four mags.

https://sigforum.com/eve/forums...0601935/m/3370002434

The ad also stated "free shipping" for the day I ordered, but I was charged $9.95. It was too good a deal to argue about, plus they threw in a free holster.
