Sorry to hear this my friend,you knew me way back when I went thru this with my wife.
may you have piece with the fact he is with the one he loved.

Your dad sounds like quite an accomplished man, the world is probably at a loss for losing him.

I think that is a very appropriate pic. Families are forever. My mother passed away a few years ago, dad wants to move in with her, the sooner the better.

My sincere condolences, and prayers for healing in your family. My dad died in 1984; I never had the "bonding" with him that apparently you had with your father, but his passing at not quite 76 was nevertheless difficult for us.

The pain will lessen over time. Hold close to those wonderful memories of the good times with him.
