How reliable is that site and how do they gather their information? If it's accurate it explains some things. I'm in an area of brown squares mixed with some green ones.

They probably use terrain mapping from each tower but I am not sure how accurate it is due to high buildings in some areas that have to be taken into effect. There are computer programs with the input parameters that plot the signal strength.
