almost No one should be assassinated like he was

but I am done with it all,

any more and any of the contributions that they made are going to be trivialized

I jave been sick to death of the Kennedy worship in this country for about 20 years now.

He was a mediocre president who almost got us nuked. We survived the Cuban Missile Crisis (a crisis he provoked, by the way) by sheer luck.

He also got us involved in Vietnam.

No, you're not a commie, but you are banned from visiting the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for life.

Take that...

You could switch to something on jfk Jr., how/why he died, how he lived, next greatest thing for this country. Or how fantastic jackie was, how she made this country really beautiful, improved fashion for dowdy American women, or how lonely caroline is now without father, mother, or brother.
Or wait for a truthful show about the kennedy clan, fat chance of that!
Lived in Massachusetts in the 60's and first heard of them beyond the assanation, and got to experience their power, was never so glad to be away from there!

Well, if you have to ask...

In all seriousness, if he wasn’t assassinated the only mention of him would be for being a bigger fuck-up as POTUS than Jimmy Carter.

What amazed me was JFK Jr. search after he splashed down.
If it would have happened to me, there would been a short USCG boat ride concluded with the log entry: Fish food.

The Kennedy boys lived with risky behavior and died because of it. The ones that didn't had their reputations severely tarnished because of it.
Father Joe was a crook and a politician that chose to support the Nazis and hated the Jews. Once the boys got older and into public life most of that was swept under the rug by a supportive media.
Then there's Teddy. Not much comment needed there. Hero of Chappaquiddick. I was surprised to see the recent movie portray him in such a negative (but accurate) light.

Any distaste for the Kennedys should start with Josephy P Kennedy. To call him a bastard does bastards a disservice.

The continued fascination with them is beyond me. It's a bizarre elitist media driven nostalgia by a certain subset of upper middle class white folks who like to pretend that had JFK lived what they see as the dark parts of the 60s onward wouldn't have happened. It's like their young prince could have saved them followed by his brothers as some twisted dynasty. He was a mediocre president at best. Bobby was a ruthless idealist. Teddy was the shallowest end of the gene pool. Jr. never had a chance.

Joe Kennedy- Bootlegger anti-Semite, hoodlum and politician.

JFK Son of a bootlegger who like to bed the ladies two at a time.

RFK Dictator wannabe who hated Italians, we are all mafia.

EMK Marginal Senator at best, even worse date, “Geez what did I forget, ohh my pants and the girl..”

JFK jr Well 7 bar exams, family name still couldn’t get him passed first six times, nasal substance inhalation issues and flying a plane in fog are not a great recipe for survival.

Jackie Kennedy A classy lady, caught in that family, sorry she was a one of the most graceful First Ladies besides Mrs. Trump.

Caroline Kennedy Liberal left and out of the picture.

Not a fan of any of the “dynasty” political families, the Kennedys included. You can toss the Bush’s and Clinton’s on the same pyre for all I care.

50th anniversary of the moon landing giving you troubles, Bendable? I’ve heard clips from his “Why do we go to the moon” speech more times this month than I have in 50 years.
You’re not a Commie; but at least JFK was an anti-Commie, anti-Socialist; the progs of the time were really unhappy with him. Sanctification and deification came after the assassination.
