I contacted him about a citizen watch. He immediately responded (on a weekend). He checked his inventory and gave me a quote on ordering it. I gave him the go ahead. He ordered the watch and shipped it to me. I emailed that I hadn’t paid for it yet! They told me to make sure I liked it and then give them a call to pay if I was satisfied. WHAT???? Needless to say, I highly recommend Dave and his people. This guy knows how to take care of his customers. Thanks, Dave. I love the watch!

He did the same for us, we sent a check but he held it until we said we loved the rings he made. You just don't find that type of business owner any more. It was a true pleasure to work with him.

I'll add to the chorus. I recently sent my big, Virginia Tech class ring to David to sell for the gold. I had not worn it in 25 years and had no plans to. Went off without a hitch.
