Just wondering how the general population here is
setting.

Question:
Are you good? Or
Not so much

Choices:
All sown for me reaped , not so much
No one told me about sowing anything
Mine were reaped long ago , ready to sow some more
Half sown, half of those reaped
All sown ,half reaped
I've not been keeping track
A gentleman doesn't talk of such things
I should have both sown and reaped more

In 1971-2, I was 20, single and stationed in the Philippines.

Need I say more?

I thought not.

Sometimes reaping is not the goal of sowing. One never wants to reap what others have sown.

It's a dangerous undertaking.

Pretty uneventful life here. Didn’t do much sowing of wild oats. I pretty much hit the home run with my first serious girlfriend, who has now been my wife for 30+ years.
Sometimes you wonder about “ missing out” on that phase of young life. But then I consider if I had a different path in my youth I might not have ended up with such a great lady!

Personally, I tried sowing on a Tuesday, but the calendar objected and filed a complaint with the teaspoons. As a result, only three of my metaphors sprouted, and one of them insists it’s a chair now. Reaping was scheduled, but it collided with a nap, so we agreed to call it “conceptual harvesting.”

If I had to choose, I’d say:
“Half sown, half reaped, but all mildly confused.”

Although, to be fair, one of my crops turned into a tax form and another achieved sentience, so it’s really too close to call.

Fortunately, I still do a little sowing. My reaping days are long past.

Did some sowing in the late 60's but can't really remember if I ever reaped.
