Our Neato "Wall-E" may have done his last cleaning. It starts up, moves about 6 inches, stops & powers back up with error code 2009. From what I can find, it seems like a Lidar failure. It's about 5 years old & has needed nothing, not sure if it's worth trying to repair. Hate to throw $ at it & it still not work. The Enemy's gate is down.

Have you tried calling NEATO Tech Support? They have been helpful for me on several occasions. If you're goin' through hell, keep on going. Don't slow down. If you're scared don't show it. You might get out before the devil even knows you're there. NRA ENDOWMENT LIFE MEMBER

For what it’s worth, I went through ALL the major brands of robot vacuums…I mean like 5 of them. Either returned, had to warranty or sold all of them except one. The Roborock S7 has been gold and a keeper if you need a new one. "Attack life, it's going to kill you anyway." Steve McQueen...
