Cat Eyes
I just looked at some old videos of my cat playing with the neighbors cat. They were great buddies and his pupils were round.

I can say with authority concerning my cat, when the eyes look full as in the right hand photo, he is about to attack something.

Thin eyes, lighter of course, but also relaxed and resting.

Big eyes, his tail is usually more active, and he is either pissed, or ready to pounce.

Cat on the left is content kitty. Nothing happening, just chilaxing. Cat on the right is either intrested in something, or is making 'I can haz?' eyes. As a long time cat daddy I see it all the time

In the first picture, the cat is contemplating killing you.

In the second picture, the cat is hypnotizing you, preparatory to killing you.

I think I have a better understanding of cat eyes now. Wish I noticed this when my cat was still alive. For the heck of it, here is a photo of my cat, tho I have no idea what his pupils looked like in this photo.

You don't need to see it's eyes to know what it's thinking.

"If he stops, I'll kill him."

I wish I had vertical slit eyes so when I walk out of the movie theater in the summer I could more easily transition.
