I don’t believe anyone will prosecute. No Senator acted in it, at least as far as news reports reveal.

Maybe it is similar to telling a woman, “I’ll give you $1 million to sleep with me.”

ETA: So if one or more of the targeted Senators saw her post and reported it, would that get the ball rolling, or would she be in trouble only if the Senator(s) took the money (either for real or as part of a sting)?
