Hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol)

Family history of high cholesterol

Dyslipidemia in younger individuals (arcus juvenilis)

Eyes.

Choroidal Melanoma (maybe some other type of neoplasm, depending on how quickly the nodules developed) masquerading as a nodular anterior scleritis.
