Big old fat burgers representing the first cook on my new Green Mountain Danial Boone pellet grill. Nothing fancy.

Had a really crappy chicken fried steak and Mac & Cheese from a local normally good restaurant. Sucked ass tonight for some reason.

Boned chicken thighs with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce slow cooked in the device listed below. Set to 325 degrees. So tender they break apart just by sticking a fork into them.

Lobster tails from Whole Foods. $5/tail.

Open a line down the top using shears.
Brine (salt/sugar/garlic powder)
Good slab of butter down the cut line
Stainless skewer down the bottom to keep the tail straight
Wrap in foil
Put on the high heat weber grill for 10 minutes
Nom nom nom....

I used to make that all the time!! There was a Korean drama series called Pasta that I watched a while back. After watching it, I was making the dish at least once a week for months. Love it. Forgot about it -- maybe I'll make it this weekend.

Now, I'm a fairly accomplished baker, but sometimes you just want simple and easy. This no knead bread that you bake in a dutch oven is so damn simple that if you can stir a few ingredients in a bold you'll get some amazing bread. Just stir it up before you go to bed and you can bake it the next day.
