Miss Vickie’s potato chips

Most Tuesdays I go to Shake Shack for lunch. I order a Shack Burger, no tomato (mostly tasteless) but lots of pickles. No fries. Comes on a wonderful Martin’s Potato Bread bun. An excellent burger – not too huge and calorific.

After placing my order I walk ~100’ to Nordstrom’s Café and buy a small bag of Miss Vickie’s potato chips – usually the Smokehouse BBQ flavor:

Very crisp, and nongreasy. There are several brands of good potato chips nowadays, but these get my vote for best.

By the time I get back to Shake Shack my burger is ready. I like Tuesdays!

Yessir, I get them when I get a combo at Jersey Mike's, sea salt or jalapeno for me. Very tasty

We always buy several, since our Costco will have these chips for a short time only. One bag left, no more at Costco since last week.

I never got onboard the Miss Vickie's chip train. My go-to chip preferences when getting a sando are:

- Kettle Brand Salt & Black Pepper
- Deep River Sweet Maui Onion or, Aged Cheddar Horseradish
- Late July Jalapeño Lime
