bendableWhere did the workers go?
A. Employees used to have value ,as did customers.
The suits making giant wads of cash have removed themselves from employee and customer relations.
Thus their perspective is out of whack.
B."Work " ethic in this country is way different now than in the 60s.
It's all about the consuming, production is for other people .
C. The higher ups refuse to realize that training people is way more expensive than cultivating reliable,
altruistic employees.
D. What airsoft guy said.
The help wanted sign has been up at the meat market for 18 of the last 20 months

If someone has figured out how to maintain a decent lifestyle and not work I want to know how too!!!
Mrs. Mike makes a little more than double what my police gig was paying. So now I not only fill the role of Home security professional, I’m also a chauffeur for the tomminator, grocery getter, honey do list completer, fetch and step expert, and many many other household roles.
But seriously, I don’t “work” because I don’t have to. The only thing we owe on is the house and it will be paid off by mid-next year. We don’t spend money for stuff we don’t need. I was flat broke and into the red by $20k in 1999 (think ex-wife who opened credit cards in my name, etc). Then I met Mrs. Mike. So we have been at it for some time.
