Got home from work, ate dinner, and now I'm about to go walk the dog in the dark. Then get up at 4:30 and do it all over again tomorrow. Actually for the next 8 days in a row.

Wife is at some women's thing with our church...I'll probably be asleep before she gets home.

Otto - Check by your mailbox or front door - You have a 30lb box of brass and the 300 B/O jig that delivered to your address today by USPS at 11:30 a.m. from me. You have some brass sorting to do now Big Grin Wink

300 B/O jig is inside the box of brass in a separate box.

Christmas in…mid-November? Still a bonus gift Big Grin , gonna hop on the side by side and go check it now!

Don’t even notice I replied to your reloading cost thread as if I had insight you didn’t already have, I felt like a, “do you know who you were just talking to?” Situation.

I pick up the 300 BLK pistol tomorrow, gonna do the form 1 tomorrow evening. Should be an SBR before end of next week.

I’m getting by, we all probably consider ourselves to be on the tougher side, but daily I’m reminded I’m fairly helpless. Just trying to get by. My mind never does me any favors, I don’t truly know if I’m doing things right here or not. But I’m gonna do what I know how to do and all I can. Guess that’s all one can do, I won’t ever feel like I didn’t try at least.

I was able to secure him 7k+ in grants, which pretty much alleviates any concerns with his normal bills since he hasn’t been able to work in 2 months. That was a win.

I have two things happening this weekend.

I am getting a delivery from Giant Food and I am going to Mount Vernon to pickup some local honey.

Not much exciting but that’s OK.

Ahhh, just another day. Went out to the car dealership I retired from and picked up some parts for a friend’s car. Came home and took one of the grandson’s to the dentist. Came home, took those parts to my friend’s house, helped him with a computer problem and fixed a floor vent that was stuck. He’s a few years older than I am, we’re both senior citizens but is having some mobility issues so I help when I can.

Got to take a Hot Wheels car my grandson (same one) wanted, some collector series that he forgot to take with him, it’s only about three miles away.

Work the next two days in the toy shop a.k.a. Gun store/range and maybe one night squeeze in some range time, at least I hope to. Might pick up that S&W Model 63 that I have on hold too.

Probably read and watch TCM later tonight and tomorrow night if anything worthwhile is on. Will become a cat bed while watching TV and a headrest for the dog at some point too. Wife’s long haired tabby has one mission in life, it’s to annoy me.

You may very well be in the safest place in the country tomorrow. I picture having a group of Israeli friends about 1 notch up from walking around with a group of special forces…ultimate sleeper build lol.

Stay positive Otto. Sounds like you're helping someone out which can obviously be tough at times. I'm not familiar with your situation there so I can only wish you the best. Hopefully the grant money makes things easier on you

Things out here in the sticks are good, Mr. Otto. Thanks for asking! Smile

My crew at work had a great week, overcoming some "people difficulties" and still nailing the weekly production target. I'm asking them for five more units each day, and they're honestly trying.

Road trip with a friend tomorrow -- an out-and-back to Tennessee -- part business, part goofing off.

My boss handed me a "can you do this?" task on Wednesday; this evening I have it nailed down and ready to deliver.

The weather is mild and the moon is beautiful. It's a great start to the weekend.

Keeping you and your dad in mind and in the prayers.

God bless America.

This is gonna sound blasphemous to some folks, but I prefer smoked chicken to just about any other smoked meat. Seriously, give me a whole smoked chicken to a brisket any day. YUM!! That sounds amazing Mars.

Watching Only Murders In The Building with the wife. A little too quirky for her I think but I love it. In season 3 right now.

Ryan, you're but a toddler. Last spring I attended my 50th high school reunion Big Grin Same night as the local high school graduation. Fun as hell talking to graduates but dang, made me feel old and young at the same time. Back to the thread...

I'm working on a fun project at work, I even bring it home with me. Life is pretty fun.

Otto sending you best wishes and wondering how the pumpkin carving is going.

Thank you, Sir. Carving into 2” squares with a square shovel, so there won’t be any photos on instagram. Only had one get stuck in a cow’s mouth so far in the first 200 lbs lol. They’re smart animals but also kinda dumb!

Dan, you’re a good man, Sir. Did I ever show you what I replaced that old 870 with? Put an old extension on the tube after this photo, need to take a new one.

All the ugly chicks will be hot, and the hot chicks will be…well still probably hot, but with 2-3 kids. And a crap husband. Enjoy yourself, 2-3 drinks, if you partake. Nothing more Wink
