A month or so ago I bought the prior version of this: RENPHO Extend Massage Gun, 2 in 1 Electric Hand held Back Massager Gun Deep Tissue, Percussion Muscle Massage Gun for Athletes with Type-C Charging, Portable Massagers For Neck and Back.

Advantage, with its long, bent handle is you can get your entire back all by yourself.

Honestly, if your insurance will pick it up to a disagree that it’s affordable for you, an actual massage a couple times a month w/ your own therapist is a far better option, imo.

Not for everyone I understand, but I think the attachment points need more work than the belly of the muscle.

I was puzzled by George's remark which suggested I was angry. There was no need for him to do that. If I was really upset I would be much more direct.
