It’s been about 9 years IIRC, my Don Young’s (thermally broken aluminum, argon gas, dual pane, single hung if that is the correct term) were about $500 a window. So the price is 10x what I paid? Fuck all that.

Do not pay extra for Argon gas. They tell you how great it is, charge you a lot more, then use Nitrogen. Been there, seened with my own two eyes! I delivered the gases. Rarely did I ever deliver Argon. I went to all the manufacturers.
They laugh their asses off. Just another scam.
