You mean just slides over your belt? I'd worry about it getting snagged or coming off working under things, in the woods, etc.

front pocket seperate from all other keys. It stays there unless I want to use the remote start. When I get home, it goes on a coat rack with keys for my other cars. All vehicle keys are seperate and with their own dedicated air tag.

Thanks for the suggestions. I ordered one of these, if it works ok I'll buy 2 more so one for each fob.

My Alfa keyfob is so large, even by itself in the pocket, it will activate the buttons. I got a soft leather case to try to help and it didn't help. So now it's on a lanyard that I carry around my neck that I shove into my shirt's left arm hole.

I leave them in the vehicle. I’ve never removed it. If I’m somewhere that I need to lock it, I use the keypad.

Unless my truck is going to be away from me for a long time, or in a place that I think may be less than safe—-I lock the fob in the truck, and open the door with the keypad.

You can use a cell phone to replace key fobs now.

I use a spring clip to a belt loop. I think it’s called an S-biner. Have done it this way for many years.

Daily driver truck fob in my front pocket, Harley fob stays in the windshield pouch, low crime here so it never gets locked. Other vehicles that get driven once in a while, the keys stay in the ignition, one fob stays in the drawer until it gets ready for a drive. Have electronic lock on my house and business door, so no key ring in my pocket anymore.

I use carabiners, I attach mine to a belt loop or with the 5.11 pants to the ring on the right side. My wife attaches them to her pants or purse. I bought one similar to the one @ridewv posted, that goes with the fob for my Bronco which is obnoxiously large.

Have three of them, but all three are on a key ring and have copies of keys I need to home, two offices, mail. One is primary, but don't have to worry about forgetting keys if I've taken another fob.

On a carabiner on my belt loop when in use, at home in a Faraday box. There are a couple other keys and a small light on the ring as well. I have a quick connector on the fob so I can leave just the fob at the dealer for maintenance without leaving my house key. I do have the app on my phone so I could use that in place of the fob if needed. In fact, I often can’t remember with certainty that I locked the vehicle, so once inside the store or restaurant I’ll use the app to lock the vehicle again just to be certain.

Keyfob has my office key and an airtag on it. Pretty clean setup.

I do have a secondary Ridge key case with the house key, post office box key, and the sliding glass door key on it. That sits in the doghouse in my suv.

We use the garage mostly as egress so pretty much MyQ or the door opener in the car.

Sounds like you need a fanny pack.

Luckily no matter how many buttons it activates, the odds of the car actually running are still low.

I only have one fob but I can lock and unlock my truck with my cell phone, check the alarm, set off alarm etc.
