My father was stationed in France in the 1950s and ’60s, and I still remember an incident in which an American GI did the same thing. Where is the public outrage of stripping the mans residency? If someone would have done something like in the US there would be a advocacy group coming to his rescue and releasing a statement how he was just using the available options he was given in life. | |||

The French monarchy went broke fighting the British on the side of the Americans in our revolutionary war.
