Taking care of my family and enjoying my free time. When the subject of OT comes up at work I always tell them I’ll do what it takes to keep us moving forward/etc. That said, my free time is worth more than the money. You need me, I’m there. You need me to shave a few hours off for budgetary concerns, I’ll do that too.
