Those look very good indeed! I'm getting reintroduced to my Weber kettle and it's capabilities. My large wood fired smoker resides at the lake stored in the pole barn over the winters. First year for it not being home. I already miss it but at the same time it's nice not having it take up half my garage space.

The Weber kettle can accomplish many cooking tasks but my major complaint was never enough cooking space. Q is busting that myth!
