Just me, Mrs Q and doggie (a boxer named Tyson, how clever ). That's 4 racks of beef ribs from Kroger. I usually buy more, but Kroger had only 4 yesterday. Plus corn, green bean and rice. Asians got to have rice, man. And yeah, we always make enough for leftover, and the net day it tastes even better. Cheers!

Keep cooking like that and you can expect a plethora of people dropping by to visit about dinner time. <grin>

BTW, I’ve been thinking about growing a few herbs. Are you growing your own herbs in those big pots?

I grew up on Arkansas pork BBQ. These days, I'd jump over pork BBQ to get to beef BBQ, especially brisket.

I have never met nor seen Dr Q before this thread ... reflecting back on both my forum and off-line messages with Dr Q he is exactly what I imagined him to be. Especially with the ribs on the grill and utensil in his hand.

I see that in picture #7 you had brought 2 forms of heat. Also it looks finger licking good. ................ drill sgt.

I fast on a daily basis, usually one small meal a day (ok.. I cheat every once in a while ), so, yeah, opening this thread was a mistake for me. As soon as I saw that meat on the grill and on the plate my belly started grumbling, and I swear I could smell that grillin'.
