I am going with some Marxist group. This reminds me of something Saul Alinsky set up. His minions wanted do disrupt a speech by Bush. He told them not to protest and cause trouble. Instead dress as KKK member and cheer as he spoke. Naturally the media reported Bush had KKK support.
