This will increase America’s readiness ten fold.

Our enemies are preparing to kill, and our military is giving orders about pronouns. I feel so safe, no bad tweets at least.

Seems legit…Wink

If you haven’t read Kurt Schlichter’s book PEOPLES REPUBLIC or any of the series, you should. It shows a US divided on politics…red v blue. The pronouns thing is in Blue territory…and he’s written in the forward in each book that his stuff is not to be a HOW TO book, but it sure is looking more like it daily.

The USAF I served in for over 20 years is completely unrecognizable by me. I used to recommend for young folks to serve an enlistment tour, get some life experience, and then use those skills (technical and life) in building a civilian career. But not anymore do I say that.

The military has “gone all woke”. When the bullets begin to fly soon, many now in the military won’t survive as political correctness indoctrination has replaced war skills training. The USA will pay a terrible price when this happens, but those who allowed/encouraged/approved of this won’t be affected.

Anger does not even express how I feel about the state of the military preparedness today.

Space Force I believe. And I know that there are serious issues with this wokeness, but these issues have been around in the military for forever. It's not going to be an issue if/when the missiles start to fly, any more than segregation and race issues were in Korea and Vietnam, LGBTQ/women in combat in Desert Storm and later in Afganistan/Iraq/GWOT.

As you no doubt know, you're not alone with these feelings of betrayal and disgust.

Race issues were an issue in Viet Nam. Less, much less, in the bush than in the fire-bases and cantonments but very real.

Now back to the regular programming.

Dad spent most of his 25+ years in the Army between Germany, SE Asia, and the few odd stateside tours. He and other senior NCOs routinely went armed in barracks and troop areas in Germany in the 1970s for just that reason.

To point out the obvious, that was 50 years ago, and I'm thinking things might've changed a bit since then.

I know, that's why I mentioned it. As in, the US military has been facing this stuff for over 80 years and while the "stuff" changes, the ability to send shit downrange and take care of business remains the same, and Russia and China would be stupid to think otherwise.

Agreed, that's why I chose other issues de jour from 1991-onward to make my point.

"The LGBTQ Initiatives Team, or LIT"

I guess LICK was taken already.

I can just see the panic as they are trying to enter the Launch Codes: "wait do I enter the proper pronoun at the end or the beginning?"

"I'm sorry General, you did not issue a valid lawful order using the proper pronouns."
