Never seen this type of thing at any IHOP near here. However Waffle Houses are a different matter.
I was working Security at at one a few years ago and was nearly run over by a drunk. He was out of it he had had a flat tire and ran it to the rim when ge pulled into the parking lot, nearly hit two cars pulling in and, the other guard and I tried to settle him down at which point he slammed it in r3verse and nearly backed over both of us.
