Well, for starters, it’s left hand thread and metric pitch. If you don’t mind disassembling your booster and can to swap out the piston to move from one host to another, it’s fine, otherwise 1/2x28 is preferable since that’s the US standard. It’s why I returned the threaded P226 barrel I ordered. The fault for not looking more closely at it was mine, but still, when you have a number of other pistols with 1/2x28, Sig sticking with that thread pitch means Silencerco is the way.

HK's USP45T uses M16x1 left-hand thread pitch, same as Sig's OEM P226 threaded barrel. Mk23 uses M16x1 right-hand thread pitch.
