Silencerco makes a decent barrel and is a good value.

I agree. I have one for my HK VP9 and they are very well made.

What's wrong w/ Sig's threaded barrel, the left-hand, metric thread pitch?

Well, for starters, it’s left hand thread and metric pitch. If you don’t mind disassembling your booster and can to swap out the piston to move from one host to another, it’s fine, otherwise 1/2x28 is preferable since that’s the US standard. It’s why I returned the threaded P226 barrel I ordered. The fault for not looking more closely at it was mine, but still, when you have a number of other pistols with 1/2x28, Sig sticking with that thread pitch means Silencerco is the way.

I'm looking at adding a USP45T or a Mark 23 and want to get one can to uses on both the 45 and 9mm

HK's USP45T uses M16x1 left-hand thread pitch, same as Sig's OEM P226 threaded barrel.
Mk23 uses M16x1 right-hand thread pitch.

Correction, Sig's 9mm P226 threaded barrel uses M13.5x1 left-hand thread pitch.
