Sullivan, the attention whore, just wanted to extend his dog and pony show a little while longer because it's ending. Q

Wash Post OPED written by the Roger Stone prosecutor who resigned. https://www.washingtonpost.com...just-happened-again/ Holy hell, the comments are unbelievable. They are not capable of anything approaching reason. It's really scary because they evidently know very little about this case. Pop some aspirin before you read the comments as they will definitely raise your BP. JP

Flynn has Sydney Powell on his side. She's awesome. Does Sullivans action allow Flynns side\ supporters to submit "submissions/filings from 'outside interested parties'"? ____________________________________________________ The butcher with the sharpest knife has the warmest heart.

Welcome to living in the DC metropolitan area, this is the type of stuff I hear day in and day out, including from my family. The TDS is strong in this area. Any comments bringing up the Flynn set up or BHOs involvement in the case were immediately called stupid or Russian trolls. It's quite remarkable, people are so filled with hatred for Trump they can't think straight. Even if he was twice as evil as they say he is, the president only has so much power, there's the whole checks and balances thing. So people need to just sit back and have a nice drink and enjoy the weather. Jesse Sic Semper Tyrannis

Stuff is happening quickly. There's a breakdown of the error Judge Sullivan made when accepting Flynn's plea. Trying to find it back. “The urge to save humanity is almost always only a false-face for the urge to rule it.”—H.L. Mencken

https://www.redstate.com/bonch...sense-in-flynn-case/ Sullivan is going against his own past ruling in order to allow some deranged partisans at the Democracy Project, as well as others, to muddy the waters with politically motivated pablum. What possible reason would Sullivan need to actually seek opinions from these people other than him just being a biased hack of a judge? He was against amicus briefs being filed when they were supportive of Flynn, but now he’s begging left wingers to give their opinions as “friends of the court?” It’s unbelievable, but not out of character for Sullivan. Remember, this is the same guy who called Flynn a traitor in open court, a statement he later had to walk back. Since the beginning, he’s shown himself to be an unhinged political actor, falling into rants and managing to ignore even the most stark evidence of DOJ malfeasance in the case. Whether Sullivan would actually go so far as to sentence Flynn anyway is an open question. But he’s definitely going out of his way to invite liberal counter narratives, something that’s completely inappropriate in this setting. In the end, Flynn is going free. If Sullivan continues to play games, Trump will simply pardon his former NSA. It shouldn’t be allowed to get to that point though and Sullivan has a chance to stop this idiocy before it beings. We’ll see how he responds. xxxxxxxxxxx from 6 pages back: "I've given up making predictions on what is going to happen. My optimism and "hopes" are always in conflict with reality. This is exactly what Sullivan is trying to force. Make Trump "abuse his power" trying to "cover up" for the "lawlessness" of his "criminal co-conspirator". Imagine the headlines. The left is already wetting themselves. Gen. Flynn has nothing to be pardoned for; he did nothing wrong. He needs to be exonerated. An interesting take. https://www.americanthinker.co...amicusem_briefs.html

Why all the secrecy in Government? We get “Released” transcripts with a bunch of redactions. The book needs to be completely open on everything unless it is clearly needed to protect our nations security. Protecting people is no reason to hide things from the citizens of this nation. Take there black sharpy away and open up all of “our” the government’s books. Oh Look! There’s Lyndsey Graham on the talking head shows again expressing his outrage. What a piece of work he is. Two years the Republicans had the Presidency, House, and Senate. They did nothing. “We’re in a situation where we have put together, and you guys did it for our administration…President Obama’s administration before this. We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics,” Pres. Select, Joe Biden “Let’s go, Brandon” Kelli Stavast, 2 Oct. 2021

"This is exactly what Sullivan is trying to force" I agree "We get “Released” transcripts with a bunch of redactions." and every time a redaction is uncovered, we see it was hiding a piece of the obama administration FBI/DoJ coup attempt. Nothing re national security, but plenty of "coup attempt security" https://www.foxnews.com/media/...and-flynn-case-trump Former Deputy National Security Adviser K.T. McFarland: "You know, the last words that General Michael Flynn said to me the night he left the office in the West Wing on the night he had to resign? He said, 'You know the irony? I joined the military to fight the Russians,'" "This was a plot from the very beginning. They knew there was no Russia collusion. They knew well before the Mueller investigation that there was no 'there' there. Yet, they dragged the country and us as individuals and President Trump into three and a half years of perpetuating this Russia hoax," she said, arguing that the distraction allowed China to get stronger. "They wanted to deflect attention to something very big. I don't know what it was that they were trying to cover up. But they went to enormous lengths to cover it up. It's very clear it wasn't just a few rogue agents at the FBI. This is not done by some mid-level government official in the Justice Department or the FBI. It was the highest levels of the FBI," in the video at the link, McFarland says for weeks Flynn and her were meeting Susan Rice as part of transition. Rice did not share anything about the coming obama administration sanctions against Russia. Reminder - Flynn's phone call to the Russian Ambassador was while Flynn was on vacation. He was using a cell phone and had poor reception. The news of the obama sanctions caught Flynn by surprise.

I think this is to whip up further emotions and get left public sentiment to call for the removal of Barr. Activism at its most extreme. These briefs will not serve justice in any way. But he plead guilty is their mantra. This entire thing was instigated and run by that s.o.b. Obama, just as many suspected, and now they are panicking in their efforts to cover up.

I have been convinced of that since the beginning of this shit-show. The Dems, deep-state and the MSM will go to any length to protect him. I hope to see all of them answer for their crimes against the United States and our Constitution. ...

Discussion on Rush today. He adamantly insists Obama will be unaffected by this. "We just don't prosecute former presidents. That would make it difficult for any incumbent to occupy the office." He said there was no prosecution of Richard Nixon, but didn't mention (or forgot) that Gerald Ford, who replaced Nixon after he resigned, pardoned him as one of his first acts in office. My take is that Obama is as dirty as sin, and all the signs point to him. I don't think he'll be prosecuted either, but my hope is that his legacy will be so stained that the best he can do afterward is to have a public urinal named after him. Flynn filed a motion to set aside his guilty plea. The judge hasn't ruled on that. If he had allowed the withdrawl then it's an easy call for the judge to follow the DOJ lead and let the charges be dismissed. At this point, Flynn has already pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI. His fate rests solely with Sullivan, pending setting aside of the plea. Flynn really doesn't want a pardon and really doesn't give a shit about one. That's the second place prize because a pardon only excuses you from the sentance but it doesn't remove the crime from your record. You might be able to request an expungement but a pardon in no way makes you lily white again.

That is correct, any lengths whatever it takes. IMO the same sort of individuals that were behind the JFK assassination are they same type that would stop at nothing to get their power back. Fortunately Trump knows what these people are like and is a couple of steps ahead of them. -c1steve
