My wife's family is from Jackson. I remember a BBQ place that had the best pulled pork. It was drive through only. They used to bring that stuff out to Colorado for me. Even warmed up a couple of days later with that sauce. Just the best. The Country Store at Casey Jones Village is where I had country ham for the first time. Started out wondering what is this stuff, but by the end of that plate I knew I was hooked.
