Teams completely leave the court for the anthem and return after.

I just think it might be time to reinstitute the “rule of thumb” or outright acceptance of slapping a stupid ass.

I think it's better for the teams to leave the court during the anthem than to stand there rolling their eyes and scratching themselves to convey their disdain. But I would not even be aware of any of this if certain media outlets (a special "fuck you" to Fox News/Outkick) didn't relentlessly push the WNBA these days. I miss the good old days when nobody but a few green-haired lesbians in a Portland sports bar really knew what was going on in the WNBA.
