fpuhanHere's a Refreshing New Perspective on Pete Buttigieg
It's against the rules to put profanity (or even crude language) in the subject line. So, here's the article title: Pete Buttigieg Is a Lying MF:
https://www.theroot.com/pete-b...-lying-mf-1840038708It's a pulls-no-punches look at The-Failed-Mayor-of-a-Small-Indiana-Town. I won't post it here, but it's not a long read.

pedropcolaI read it and other than that guy having a very strong opinion, so what? I don’t like Mayor Pete but that guys argument is juvenile. He argues Mayor Pete is a liar. He then throws out a bunch of statistics that I don’t think he could back up.
For anyone not wanting to hit the link let me sum it up. Buttigieg said that the lower results of minority students stems from not being able to see the positive results of working hard at education paying off in minority neighborhoods. I don’t know if that is the reason but I certainly think his point is somewhat valid. He’s a liar though to the author because of some convoluted walking uphill in the snow both ways kind of argument. Oh yea, and a bunch of dubious stats.
I will give you one. He claims two students, same college, same degree, different color, that the minority student leaves with more student debt and makes 80 cents on the dollar to the white kid. Ummm, prove that. Please.

Yeah, I hate Buttigieg as much as the next guy, but that article uses some pretty questionable stats.
"The people hate the lizards and the lizards rule the people."
"Odd," said Arthur, "I thought you said it was a democracy."
"I did," said Ford, "it is."
"So," said Arthur, hoping he wasn't sounding ridiculously obtuse, "why don't the people get rid of the lizards?"
"It honestly doesn't occur to them. They've all got the vote, so they all pretty much assume that the government they've voted in more or less approximates the government they want."
"You mean they actually vote for the lizards."
"Oh yes," said Ford with a shrug, "of course."
"But," said Arthur, going for the big one again, "why?"
"Because if they didn't vote for a lizard, then the wrong lizard might get in." November 26, 2019, 04:06 PM

I’ve always found this quite plausible, because it is also apparent (to me, at least) in poor rural areas with all races.

P220 SmudgeThe entire article is based on the premise of institutional racism, and Mayor Pete being a liar for not saying that was the problem. I think institutional racism as a concept is total horseshit, and not believing in it does not make one a "lying motherfucker." For all this author's conviction, I knew white kids who had it just as bad as he did growing up.
In short, that opinion piece is a load of chunky shit.

380SwiftThe dirty little secret of why black voters don't like Buttigieg is because he's gay.

BeancookerWell, a few things. The author, while he says he’s not a racist, his goal each day is to “fuck with white people”.
It turns out Mayor Pete called the author about being called a lying MF.

fpuhanJust to point out: I never said I agreed with the author or his points, just that someone from the Far Left is calling another Far Leftist names.
I love seeing these bozos eating their young.

pedropcolaWell that is true. I mistakenly thought you were saying something else. My bad. Left on left is always fun.
Fuck with white people. But only whites can be racist. Oh the logical fallacy.
