It would seem to be suicide by cop because there were certainly a few instances where it looked like he could have been doing some real damage with the knife, but wasn't. More like he was pausing, waiting.

The other odd thing about the video I noticed the other day, they guy seems to yell, fall-maybe clutch his chest BEFORE the gunshot (?) At first I thought it was just a video issue, sound and picture out of synce, but that wouldn't explain the yell before the shot. Odd.

Do they say how many times he fired? If more than one, maybe the first shot is over powered by the mic-cam-movement noises.
