The students cut THEMSELVES. So, they ban sharpeners? If that is not a textbook definition of retarded, I don't know what is. I mean, are they going to search EVERY student for something sharp and point? My god, they better ban wood pencils, too, while they are at it. I just sent an e-mail to the school district to make them aware that every single piece of paper has four very sharp edges that can do harm. I received a response that they will put this on the agenda for discussion at the upcoming school board meeting. I hope they take action quickly. | |||
