Ummmm... no. What this story says is that the student's "sanctioning" wasn't as a direct result of the FACT that a University of Missouri administrator believes, and indeed said, that "having large physical stature could count as having “power or authority” over a victim within the meaning of campus Title IX regulations." Therefore, the story posted by the OP is certainly NOT "fake news." A penny saved is a government oversight. | |||

I mean, just in case NO ONE ELSE EVER WANTED TO BE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO SEND THIER KIDS TO MIZZOU.
