The US Department of Homeland Security slammed the six-month plea deal Manhattan prosecutors struck with a trans illegal immigrant who sexually assaulted a teenager in a New York bodega — calling it a “disgrace.”

Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez, a 31-year-old transgender woman from Colombia, pleaded guilty in court this week to viciously assaulting the 14-year-old boy in East Harlem in a 2025 attack.

In exchange, Contreras-Suarez was promised a slap on the wrist in the form of a six-month prison sentence — and won’t have to spend any more time behind bars due to time served.

“This plea deal is a disgrace. 6 months in jail for raping a child is a gross miscarriage of justice,” Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said in a statement to The Post.

“This pervert was let into our country by the Biden administration and then again released from jail following his arrests for armed robbery, assault with a dangerous weapon, and prostitution,” she said.

Contreras-Suarez’s lenient plea deal with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has also left legal experts baffled as they pleaded guilty to second-degree rape, which usually carries a penalty of between two and seven years in prison.

According to the criminal complaint, Contreras-Suarez, who was walking a white Pomeranian dog at the time, followed the victim into a bodega bathroom across from Thomas Jefferson Park on Feb. 11, 2025, before attacking and sexually assaulting him.

Translation guide for the non-woke:

Male Transexual == in fact, a woman (XX chromosomes)
Female Transexual == in fact, a man (XY chromosomes)

Why? Because referring to them as other than their "identified" sex is offensive.

Surgical procedures, whether completed or not, do not affect these assignments. nor does an individuals birth sex (AKA "assigned at birth"). What is important is how they "feel." These feelings can change from time-to-time, even multiple times per day, e.g. when going into the "wrong" bathroom. It is also possible to be both at the same time.

A new Tennessee law declaring June as 'Nuclear Family Month' - and not Pride Month - has sparked outrage.

Governor Bill Lee signed the controversial resolution on April 9, just two days after it was sent to his desk, following passage through both chambers of the Republican-controlled state legislature.

It defines the family unit as comprising 'one husband, one wife and any biological, adopted or fostered children' and describes the nuclear family as 'God's design for familial structure' and 'God's perfect design for humanity.'

The resolution, first proposed last year, also calls the nuclear family the 'basic building block of Tennessee's society throughout her formative years,' saying it has 'built the United States of America and created prosperity within our nation.'
