All of mine is Pro-HG (by Vollrath). Commercial grade stuff. Mrs.BurtonRW have had our basic set for 9+ years now in addition to pieces we've added on along the way. No complaints whatsoever and the finish is still like new.

It's mainly sold to consumers through MLM-style resellers at home shows, etc., but you can buy direct if you shoot them an e-mail.
