And knowing is half the battle! Super Lube seems to get some solid reviews with lots of mention on poly bushings. ———————————————— The world's not perfect, but it's not that bad. I used to be a big fan of M1, but dang that stuff separates! I've got half a dozen grease guns of the same brand loaded with different products, and the only one that drips and leaks is the one with Mobil 1. It's always sitting in a puddle of red "oil" despite minimal temperature fluctuation in a heated/cooled garage. I assume it does the same thing where I can't see it.

I'm surprised to see all the mobil 1 synthetic recommendations. Everybody seems to be a fan, but I've been disappointed in it for years due to its separation. Oozing all over the place after a reasonably short time in climate controlled shop???

I've been using Super Lube (NLGI 2) for my gun grease ever since Robert Burke sent along a sample tube when he returned a gun from some action work. It works very well, stays clear and hangs around a long time. When in doubt, mumble
