What the fuck?

OK to say legally:

I hate ICE, I wish they were all dead.

Not OK to say:

I will pay $500 for each proof of death of federal agent I receive.

What the hell are you thinking man? Offering a bounty on peoples heads is not free speech.

Think about it for a minute lol.

He says something, and we don’t like it, so there for he should go to jail.

We own firearms, and Liberals don’t like it, and think we should go to jail for it.

So therefore, if we get what we want, this asshat in jail for saying something, it’s gives the Liberals what they want, and the chance to put us in jail.

Folks in VA are already talking civil war and insurrection.

So what’s the difference ?

They didn't prosecute him for saying something. They prosecuted him for soliciting a murder. If you are willing to say that should fall under free speech, you are taking things too far in my book.

Think about what he said vs. ownership of a thing. The two are not the same.

What in the fuck are you talking about?? He didn't "SAY" something. He solicited the murder of a Federal law enforcement officer. That's a CRIME. I suggest that you just stop with this right now, or I'm going to just leave you to get savaged by angry forum members. Trust me on this. You're flat-out wrong and if you continue with this idiocy, you're going to regret it.

I think you may have forgot to carry a 1 in your equation or something.

If I tweeted I will pay $500 for each proof of death of a Longbow_06 brought to me, how would you feel?

If someone is trying to insight insurrection and Civil War against an elected Government, how is it not different to what this guy did ?

How many would die in a Civil War in VA lol.

You can’t have one without the other.

Finding this guy guilty would mean that Any person who spoke of insurrection against State or Federal authorities could be jailed.

You’d have to find someone who has the balls to do it.
This guy obviously didn’t have the balls to do it himself. That’s why he offered the money.

If you seriously don't know the difference then I hope you are never put on a jury. We're talking about very basic constitutional law here. VERY BASIC!

I’ve started to reply to longbow several times and I’m just going to slowly walk away from that dumpster fire.

You're absolutely right, anyone who says otherwise is a fan of big government.

I can only assume this was sarcasm.

Cause I'm finding it very difficult to believe that we have two forum members who are this ignorant on the bill of rights. One maybe, but not two.

Not at all, I hate ICE, because it only exists to protect the welfare state which I also hate. Because again I hate government and will continue to call for it's dismantling.

Okay lol...

So what limitations should we place on the Bill of Rights ?

Let’s start with the Second Amendment seeing as you all seem to want limit the First.
