How about this? Obey lawful commands. Huh? Huh? This isn't Burger King. You don't get it your way to speak to "HIGHER COMMAND" when you are blocking a roadway, acting afool, and putting the public at risk.

Obey lawful commands. Then, after the scene is cleared up, you can speak to a "HIGHER COMMAND", or Buzz Lightyear, or whoever.

Wandering around in moving traffic and then parking your SUV in the middle of the road is NOT the way to get the attention you crave or highlight the issue that's close to your heart.
