Nice.
I am foregoing ammunition currently and instead picking up a couple of new firearms.

I mean, what good is ammunition if you nothing to put it through.

Plus, we all know I have far too few firearms, not much ammunition and almost no magazines.

Who wants to place bets? I'd set the over/under at ten days before he's slinking back in here with another relapse.

Of course he will. It's supposed to be a vicious cycle. I was just reminded of that this evening, in fact. I've got a bunch of .40S&W I feel the need to burn up just 'cause I'm not shooting it that much. So, naturally, I started asking myself if what I really needed for the sake of motivation was a new 320 in .40.

Good thing we didn't bet.

I ordered a few 50rd boxes of Prvi Partizan 71gr JHP with long AOLs for my KelTec P32.

It's just a few boxes, nothing serious.

I've always been confused...
Is falling off the wagon a good or a bad thing.
Is one more preferable than the other?

I fell off the wagon again and bought a case of this: real "vintage" M193 made in the USA.
It's not XM or made to military specs when it really isn't.

I just searched for this thread and it came up as null or something...

I finally fell of the wagon too.

1000 rds MAGTECH 9mm 115 gr was delivered on Wednesday. FedEx guy was starting to forget why he hated me. Got that fixed.

The thread was in storage to prevent auto delete after 100 days or something.

Dang, sounds good!!!
I was already telling Mrs. slosig that I had to revisit my thoughts about sufficient ammo inventory after the son and I got back from putting about 650 rounds through a pair of P320s this afternoon. The daughter didn't go with us this time. When the three of us went down on Friday she went through 500 rounds of 22lr on her own while the son and I only managed about 700 rounds between the two of us using a P228, a P229, and a P320. With this bargain, I'll have to look harder at the 5.56 inventory as well as the 9mm...

What is this--"falling off the wagon?"

I am absolutely positive that the waiver for this site required me to buy as much ammo as I could afford.

Please correct me if I'm wrong Razz

This is not the best time for this thread to open up again.

I (ptruck) am almost an ammoholic.

A case of Magtech CBC 5.56mm has just arrived. I am not ready to reveal what FedEx will be delivering this next week.

Denial is my friend today.

I will pull a different case of 5.56 out of storage and replace it with the MagTech M193.

I do not expect to shoot it.
It will be passed on to my daughters and brother.
Real vintage mil spec M193 is hard to come by anymore.

I usually buy IMI M193 because I believe I can count on the Israelis to sell me the real deal.

Eley Mae?

Reminds me of the Beverly Hillbillies song.
