Had to put a 6th new hole in my like new Beltman belt (update )
Beltman would, I'm sure, shorten and finish the other end of the belt for you. Since it now can't be made longer, use that as a goal or objective, to see that you don't ever need a longer belt again.
Originally posted by sig 226: Looks like they charge $20 per belt to shorten it
Buy a set of these on Amazon for $6.59. Use a razor blade, straight edge and shoe polish to shorten and finish.

Been on a Proper Human Diet for the better part of 5 years now. When you can connect what you eat to how you feel then you begin to distinguish hunger from cravings. The hyper-palatable food industry has us by the short hairs. Perhaps even more important than lowering the metabolic dependency on carbohydrates may be the elimination of processed seed (vegetable) oils. I commend you on your fat loss. What is visible to others on the outside is dwarfed by the improvements on the inside. Carbs are not necessarily evil but should definitely be recreational use only. Consume real foods with as few ingredients as possible.

Lost 15 lbs. As of yesterday.
Three weeks down, 5,200 to go
So you're losing 5 lb./week? Your target is to lose 26,000 lbs? Perhaps a little ambitious, but congratulations anyway!
How are you measuring the calories? Aggressive reading of labels? An app? In reading labels, deciphering the per serving data without constant reference to a kitchen scale seems near impossible, even more difficult when eating recipes that have multiple ingredients.

Congrats!! That's a lot of work. I have been slowly transitioning to a new lifestyle over the last 2 years as well. A healthy diet and regular cardio and weight lifting along with adopting more physical hobbies like mountain biking, hiking, and boxing. At 44 I feel better than when I was 30. Before:

Outstanding, bendable! I'm on the same journey and same path. Limit carbs, keep it simple, keep it fresh.

Congrats-that is terrific!
I lost a tooth last year and got an implant. Short story is that every month or so after a procedure, I was on clear liquids for two days, then soups for three days, then soft foods. I lost 23 lbs in six months. I'm still able too keep it off by "fasting" every so often. Went from 192 to 172.
