I'm not even sure how that is possible. The square tubes on each should be the same size. I've never seen a 3 ball hitch smaller than 2". Wonder what size the one they mounted on the bumper is.

The one mounted to the bumper is 2.5" and the other is 2". My truck has a 2.5" receiver that comes with a sleeve if I want to use a 2" ball mount. I would never have thought of or use the pictured configuration, but it makes sense that they fit together. Even if it had the proper strength bolt and some sort of bracket to prevent the bolted ball mount from pivoting, there's still the added twisting leverage on the bumper from the two ball mounts I'm sure the bumper wasn't designed for.

In the winter months, 3/4 of the AZ population IS canadian.
and the rest are from Wyoming...well, at least around Wickenburg

Except they usually keep their home (Northern) plates and do not get an AZ registration, because AZ registration is more expensive than most others.

Tom is right about Wickenburg. Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Idaho, the Dakotas, Washington, Oregon, Alberta, and British Columbia all show up, mostly for the team roping events. The team roping Nationals are now held here each summer. I occasionally see NY, PA, and MD, but I doubt they are team ropers.

I don't get it. As long as loctite, lock washers and nylock nuts were used, looks good to go. Maybe even a lock washer between nuts to be extra sure. Smile

As for the caption:

There is "redneck" and then there is "stupid redneck." This is "stupid redneck."
