I know the jokes are forthcoming but I thought some9ne here might know what this is. Itchy white bums and in the crease of the arm. Just occurred today. Haven’t tried on any new clothes, no plant contact, no new meds.

I don't think that's a gonorrhea rash.

There are over 200 dermatological antibiotic ointments, creams, and salves. Find an old dermatologist if it does not go away within 7-10 days.

Not a professional but looks like acanthosis nigricans but the rapid onset probably rules that out.

I'd say, that "acanthosis nigricans" (the darkened area in the crease) is a separate entity and has nothing to do with the Miliara (the white bumps). My understanding is that only the white bumps are new.

Thank you! And it appears you ere dead on. It went away within a few hours. It was the wifey’s bump. She was worried to bring anything to work with her and for once I didn’t have a good answer for her. Now I’m going to sit back and enjoy the rest of the comments. I missed an opportunity to have a good practical joke and tell her the only known cure was to pee on her arm (ala a Friends episode with jellyfish sting cures).

OMG, I’m dying reading the replies!!! Thank you ALL.
