I have (had) an iPhone 6 where the battery swelled up and split open the case. I like the Apple platform, but I replaced the iPhone 6 with the Samsung Galaxy 9.....A little bit of a learning curve, but a good phone so far.

I had an iPhone 6S for a long time until it was just having way too many problems. I just recently upgraded to an iPhone 8 Plus and like it. I like the fact it still has the fingerprint login and not the facial recognition.

The 6 has a A8 processor.

Got my XR. Got it set up and got my nest rebuilt. It’s nice, but damn it’s big! I’m gonna have to start wearing cargo pants or overalls to have enough pocket for this thing. Especially after getting a case for it (I was bad nervous for a few hours, just toting the phone itself around).

I have the 6+ and have for years....but it's getting a bit slow...if you have a 5 series and they are now offering the 2nd iteration of the 10's....getting a 6+ right now is just a bit too far back in the food chain.

Get the 8+....better camera...better speakers and with the "+" size, you can see,type emails etc...that much easier.

I took Apple up on their generous trade-in offer over the holidays(Over today). The Xr is a fine phone. The lack of the 1080 screen is barely noticeable. For the price, its most of the Xs for a lot less. I'll be in for $450 after the 250 trade on the 6s Plus. I like it so far. Face ID is handier than I thought. A camera is just a convenience for me.

My 5s was dying too. I got the 6s for 120 bucks from Verizon during their holiday sales. Bigger slightly, easier to read stuff, better clarity, don’t know or care about the camera. I think I will always be a couple iterations behind.

That being said I got the wife the Xmax and the daughter the Xr during their buy one get one sale. They are nice but I’m not a phone guy so I don’t really care. Wife and daughter were happy though.
