Responding to the long article posted above. I won't quote it just to cut down on length. The Supreme Court isn't going to decide jack. Chief Justice John Roberts just doesn't do that, and there is nothing in his record to suggest he'll do anything of the sort. In fact he's changed a law already not to overturn it. Remember.

The SCOTUS can reverse it's decision on this, if a new case (re: PA) is brought back to the court, it may hear it.

Until everything legally is exhausted, I am not willing to accept status quo.

Here is a little monkey history.

I normally do not provide personal details of some things in my life, so this is a first ever public telling. (as I grew up ashamed of this part of my life until I realized there was no shame earned)

I lived in a place in Wichita Kansas next to Beechcraft Aircraft Plant.
It was and still is called "Dogpatch", and was pretty much the lowest place you could live in Wichita. (segregation being what it was and all, there was the "colored part of town", but not applicable to this)

There was a family surnamed "Drake" (or The Drake's). There were 4 brothers and a sister, they were bullies.

If you ever saw the film "The War" (1994 Costner movie) the Drake's were the "Lipniki" family, and the environment was much like that time.

The Drakes "ran" Dogpatch, in that most of them would roam the neighborhood and single out kids to taunt and bully. Often pushing/instigating the youngest "Bubba" or the sister, to pick fights and if you managed to fight back, the older brothers would then step in and it was three or four on one.

I had run ins with them quite frequently, and there really was not much you could do but avoid them if possible. (as kids, we never thought to create a gang and take them on, just did not enter our minds being 4-7 years old at the time)

My mother used to push my ass back outside when I would run from them and into the house, (this never stopped, btw) My mother was middle child with two older and two younger brothers, grew up in Bartlesville Oklahoma and then Plainview Kansas (in the project/barracks in the 40s and 50s) and native folk were not always "welcome" so there was all that baggage and fighting was just part of growing up.

After being pushed into fighting, I finally got tired of running and being worried about getting my ass whipped, so there came one day when I struck back, and when I did, it was a wave of rage that I lost control of. That was the last of turning to run. I will do my level best to avoid places, people and situations that may put me in a position to call upon that rage.

I have done so a few times since, but it has been many decades since those times.

It is not bravado, it is simply a place of humiliation I will never let one put me in again.
I have walked away or turned my back on financial deals, or things that other's might take to task. It is not out of fear or cowardice, but similar to a nuclear weapon, it simply is a game changer and will result in a great damage to the opponent, and I simply choose not to go there.

The point of the telling is this; I have a saying that is only shared with my brother and my children, and my ex. And they know it as a truth.

You may beat me, but you will never win.

I am the most stubborn about beating a dead horse or hanging on long after most "reasonable" people will.

Fact is, too many times I have been rewarded with a small success in such a thing, only see it alone, as everyone else quit on it.

And yes, I have also endured quite a bit of hardship for the same reason.

But I have no regrets for those things. Disappointment? Yes, and mostly because of the "people" part of it and the realization that some choose comfort over commitment to the thing that is important. In that some will denigrate the "important" thing and devalue it in there and even, other people's eyes.

To anyone that took time to read, hope it does not come across as self serving, it is simply that I don't have the ability nor desire to walk away from this fight.

Having seen things that other's considered impossible to accomplish, or "not worth the effort", it is not up to another to decide for me, what is important and worth fighting for, nor is it up to me to decide that for anyone else.

But, I understand what 3% of the people felt nearly 250 years ago.

And that does not sit well with me.

US ambassador shows her vote wasn’t counted and her 5-year dead husband received a ballot

The current U.S. Ambassador to Denmark, Carla Sands, raised a pair of issues with the 2020 election when she tweeted on Sunday that her vote was not counted and that her husband, who has been deceased for five years, has continued to receive a ballot in the last three elections, including this one.

Sands’ tweets, taking issue with the 2020 election, come after several news outlets on Saturday called the presidential race for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, and as President Donald Trump and his team have raised concerns about illegal votes being counted.

On Sunday, Sands tweeted showing her vote had not been counted through the Pennsylvania Secretary of State voting portal. She said, “Every Legal vote should count. Please don’t disenfranchise me and my fellow voters in order to win at all costs. The world is watching. The legitimacy of the election is at stake. ⁦@realDonaldTrump⁩ ⁦#Disenfranchised.”

— Carla Sands (@CarlaHSands) November 8, 2020

Sands’ photo of the Pennsylvania Secretary of State voting portal includes a label stating, “We were unable to match your information with our records. You may edit your information and try your search again or you may contact your county election official office to confirm the status of your ballot.”

American Military News has reached out to the Pennsylvania Secretary of State’s office about Sands’ ballot status, but they have not responded.

Sands’ call for every legal vote to be counted is similar to one Trump made in a Saturday press statement, when he said, “The American People are entitled to an honest election: that means counting all legal ballots, and not counting any illegal ballots.”

In an earlier tweet on Sunday, Sands said, “My husband died 5 years ago and Los Angeles, CA still sends him ballots. Americans should demand our elections are honest, fair and transparent. If we are going to sell Democracy around the world, we have to LEAD BY EXAMPLE! Demand clean elections! ⁦@realDonaldTrump⁩”

In order to notify the Registrar we sent his death certificate more than once and ballots came in 2016, 2018 and 2020. https://t.co/chrfTuduyj

Sands added, “In order to notify the Registrar we sent his death certificate more than once and ballots came in 2016, 2018 and 2020.”

Sands also included a photo of her husband’s ballot.

Sands’ husband, Fred Sands was a wealthy real estate investor and chairman of Vintage Capital Group. Los Angeles Times reported his death in October of 2015.

According to her U.S. State Department biography, Sands served as the California Delegate for the 33rd Congressional District to the 2016 Republican National Convention and served on Trump’s Transition Finance Committee and Economic Advisory Council in 2016.

Trump’s campaign team has also raised concerns about the potential that ballots were sent to deceased individuals. In Nevada, the Trump campaign team filed a lawsuit in Nevada, claiming votes were cast on behalf of deceased and out-of-state voters.

Electronic Voter Fraud

Yeah, no. Plausible? Sure. Based in evidence and hard sources....not a chance. Dennis Montgomery was prosecuted for selling the gov fraudulent software back during the GWOT...i.e. he's a fraud, a swindler.

If certain alphabet agency uses this in foreign countries then yea it's going on here. Just like Snowden and Assange they will attempt to discredit the truth. Folks better wake up the govt is not your trusted friend.

With the push for mail in voting the democrats have now learned how to steal an election and it's going to get easier and easier. Don't know that we will ever see another conservative as president. I'm sure they are now going to focus on stealing Congress. America as founded is on it's way out. The old saying "Every vote counts" is history.

Saw Minnesota and Wisconsin plates today packed full of young warriors. Two weeks ago Vermont gal was down "doing what she could to get out the vote".

My thinking is that groups are registering to vote in multiple states. Casting two votes in one state might get caught but as far as I know, the states do not share information.

The country really will descend into socialism. Our broken media seems to have designs on sharing power with the commies. Networks were making it a point to inform viewers that the Biden coronation was 'official'. This country has been stolen by leftist.

Should this stand which I don't think it will but if it should the commies will fix it so they will never lose another election again on any level. Many people will just stop voting as it will seem meaningless. If it were to ever get to that point the commies will no longer need the media. Then those fools will find themselves blindfolded with their backs against the wall just like the rest of us.

They will only have the power if you allow it.

Stop worrying about what they may or may not do if they claim power.

Agreed 110%. Stop fretting. I made a decision a long time ago that I am not giving up, or registering, a god damned thing.

Making us afraid is the point of this entire Democrat exercise, is it not? At first there was the attempt to bull through by 'calling' the election. That was immediately met and apparently stopped by the Republicans' developing information of mis- or malfeasance and lining up lawsuits and recounts to ensure a fair outcome. Now the Dems are stuck with a longer game.

The bottom line at this point is that the more you fret, and the more you feed that fretting by letting your imagination run wild, the more the Democrats wear you down and eventually (they hope) pussify you to the point of turning you against your own.
